The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the Seller exclusively via email at the following address:

Return of Goods
The return of the goods by the Buyer must take place without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal was sent.
- Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
- Shipping Address: Returns must be sent to the Leonardo Forno Firenze operational headquarters at: Loc. Pian dell' Isola 67, 50067 Rignano FI.
- Package Integrity: The Buyer is required to take every possible precaution when shipping, using the original packaging—or an equivalent substitute—that preserves the integrity of the item and protects it adequately during transport.
Refund Procedure
The Seller will refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the Buyer for the initial transaction. Should the Buyer request a different payment method, any resulting additional costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
- Right of Retention: The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Buyer has provided certain proof of their return.
Diminution in the Value of Goods
If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of wear resulting from use beyond what is strictly necessary, the Seller will deduct an amount corresponding to the diminution in value from the refund.
The Buyer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods in the event of:
- Presence of abrasions, nicks, or scratches;
- Missing accessories (labels, tags, manuals, warranty certificates);
- Absence or inadequacy of original packaging.
In such cases, the Buyer shall be entitled to a refund equal only to the residual value of the goods.
